STM Front Drag Brake Kit - EVO 8/9

Product Description

STM Front Drag Brake Kit for Evo VIII-IX allows you to ditch the weight of your big, heavy Brembos and rotors and clears room to run smaller wheels and slicks.

This brake set-up is specifically designed for Drag Racing.

This is not intended for constant, on/off braking as in road-racing or autocross.

STM Front Brake Kit Includes:
- Wilwood 4 Piston Calipers
- Wilwood Street Brake Pads
- Wilwood Rotors
- Choice of STM Anodized Hat Color (Black, Purple or Gold)
- STM Brake Lines
- Black Anodized Mounting Brackets
- Mounting Hardware

Total weight per side: 14.4 pounds.
Rotor assembly only: 9.25 pounds.

With slightly worn pads and rotors, the OEM assembly (per side) weighs 31.6 pounds. Each OEM rotor was 21.6.

22.7 pounds shaved off in rotating mass, and 34.4 pounds deleted in total weight.

***Please Note: These brakes are designed for off-road use only and drag racing applications. They are NOT intended for consecutive, hard braking. When purchasing these, you must understand the limitations.
