I ordered brake pads from LancerShop and did not receive a ship notice within 48 hours. I communicated via chat with Jay and learned that the pads shipment was delayed. After some back and forth, a little prodding, Jay found the parts and shipped then 2 day at no additional cost. While I had to micro manage the order more than I like, I applaud Jay for doing the right thing to support customer satisfaction. A little customer service goes a long ways. The Type-D trunk spoiler is similar to Rexpeed's Evo X duckbill spoiler that tilts higher at the edge of the trunk which gives it that more aggressive look. Each spoiler is made from twill weave carbon fiber with clear coat finish. 3M adhesive is included for easy install.
