I ordered brake pads from LancerShop and did not receive a ship notice within 48 hours. I communicated via chat with Jay and learned that the pads shipment was delayed. After some back and forth, a little prodding, Jay found the parts and shipped then 2 day at no additional cost. While I had to micro manage the order more than I like, I applaud Jay for doing the right thing to support customer satisfaction. A little customer service goes a long ways. I'll be back, without hesitation, when I need more parts!
