I was looking to complete the last stage of Evo mods I had planned for this year, so after comparing prices from other sites, I landed on Lancer Shop because they seemed pretty consistently fair and knowledgeable.

She deserves some serious kudos. I've dealt with service people before who either couldn't be bothered or caved under the pressure of a crazy customer screw-up, but she handled it quite well.
