I've ordered through Lancershop a few times and they have great customer service. I had placed an order for an OEM JDM Eov IX rear bumper from a different site but they canceled my order, apparently they don't ship oversized items to Hawaii (seriously...). I decided to place my order through Lancershop and received a call a few days later from a Lancershop employee who let me know that they went out of their way to find a company that will ship my oversized item to Hawaii. Thank you Lancershop for going that extra mile!!! You guys made my day!!!
