I sent 3 emails with no response. So i contacted lancer shop because i was in a tight spot the car was going to the body shop for paint. They answered my initial email promptly. Cusco Cooling Plate for Mitsubishi EVO 8-9 CT9A: Silver or Blue

Product Description

The radiator is cooled by air passing through the fins on the core, unfortunately there is a gap between the top of the radiator and the upper support. This gap will allow air that could be cooling to escape over the top of the radiator. The radiator cooling plate eliminates this problem by directing the air through the radiator, rather than over. By increasing the air passing through the radiator, coolant temperatures are kept down on track runs as well as continuous high speed drives, which helps to prevent over-heating.

The cooling plate is made of lightweight aluminum and bolts on in minutes using standard hand tools. It comes finished in a Cusco blue or silver color.
