I was looking to complete the last stage of Evo mods I had planned for this year, so after comparing prices from other sites, I landed on Lancer Shop because they seemed pretty consistently fair and knowledgeable.
After getting everything I needed, I went to go checkout and my credit card bombed - three times. It was disappointing for sure, and figured I'd have to wait a pretty long while before I could resubmit my order, and hopefully hadn't accidentally charged my card three times.
Thankfully, Janelle contacted me via e-mail, and was extremely patient and helpful getting my payment mess resolved. We switched up cards, tried again, and it went through perfectly. She deserves some serious kudos. I've dealt with service people before who either couldn't be bothered or caved under the pressure of a crazy customer screw-up, but she handled it quite well.
I will definitely be returning in the future for more accessories and parts!
