Just purchased a 2015 Ralliart. Came across this site and was browsing for a few weeks. It wasn't until I chatted in with the Agent "Jay" that I became an official customer. I had many questions as I was unsure with some of the RA/EVOX compatibility and was weary about buying. Jay reinforced any doubts I had, was patient and very knowledgable. This isn't what I expected from a chat agent. I was happy to purchase the necessary parts I wanted with Jay, he planned, qued up billing follow ups and more. Let's just say I will recommend other friends from the Lancer nation to purchase parts here.
