Product Description

We developed proprietary tooling that allows us to port anything within line of sight! For instance, Dodge Viper intake manifolds are over 30" in length and every inch gets shaped and polished before it leaves here. When it comes to the Evo platform that means we are able to port/polish your entire exhaust manifold as seen below!

You might be thinking that this process is similar to extrude honed, but it is quite the contrary. Extrude honing is without a doubt a beneficial process that improves upon overall flow, but where it lacks is shape control. All of our porting/polishing is completed by hand yielding ultimate control in regards to final shape. In fact, our portwork has gone head to head with extrude honed pieces several times and come out on top!
